- emphasizing yogic practice for students and staffs to shifted from the mind to the body, largely replaced by the goals of fitness and relaxation, reduce stress & anxiety.
- The Yoga classes also followed by meditation which helps in clearness of thought, and enhancement of creative and intuitive capabilities of an individual.
