Roles and Responsibilities

• Elevate students to the level of the mainstream student body.
• Establish a platform for students to articulate their concerns, both academic and non-academic.
• Oversee the adherence to the institution's reservation policy
• Regularly engage with students and faculty from SC/ST communities to comprehend their challenges, taking necessary actions and offering advice or assistance for issue resolution.
• Assume responsibility for raising awareness among SC/ST students about various government and non-government scholarship schemes.
• Provide counselling and motivation to SC/ST students, aiding them in overcoming any inferiority complex related to interactions with peers and personal development, among other aspects.
