Roles and Responsibilities

• The Grievance Redressal Committee plays a crucial role in addressing and resolving grievances within an organization.
• Receiving and documenting grievances submitted by students.
• Ensure the confidentiality of the grievance process to protect the identity of the complainant and others involved.
• Maintain detailed records of each grievance, including the steps taken, evidence collected and the resolution or decision.
• Prepare periodic reports summarizing the grievances received, investigated, and resolved, providing insights for institutional improvement.
• Ensuring that the grievance redressal process adheres to relevant laws, regulations and Institutional policies.
